The Cell Line Ontology (CLO) Consortium
The Cell Line Ontology (CLO) Core Development Team currently includes the following members and organizations:
Primary CLO developers:
- Sirarat Sarntivijai (Sira), ontologist, European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI). Previously: postdoctoral research fellow, Office of Clinical Pharmacology, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Office of Translational Sciences, FDA, Maryland, USA; PhD in Bioinformatics from University of Michigan. Sira was also the primary developer of the Cell Line Knowledgebase (CLKB).
