CorNet

Welcome to CorNet, a core network simulation engine that generates synthetic networks for learning algorithms and

implements a visualization tool BinViz for interactive network design.

Goals of this tool:

1) Simple, dynamic, interactive interface to create and manipulate graphical models for BN analysis.

2) Multiple methods to implement probabilities and interaction dynamics

3) Efficient upload to the server to execute model creation.

4) Standard data format which can be ported into the MARIMBA and MiniTuba pipelines for static and dynamic BN comparisons.
