Drugs

With the COVID-19 pandemic, it is highly desired to develop effective drugs to treat the highly pathological disease.

We have manually collected and annotated 72 chemical drugs and 27 monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies that were found to be useful at different levels to treat different human coronavirus infections under various experimental or clinical settings. These drugs have been carefully studied using ontological and bioinformatic analysis methods. We have published a preprint paper for this study:
